Hello everyone,I wanted to take a moment to share with you my recent experience on City Cruises San Diego. It was truly an unforgettable boat ride that exceeded all expectations. While the food may not have been the highlight of the trip, the outstanding staff more than made up for it. The service provided by our waiter was truly exceptional; it felt as though we were dining in a five-star restaurant. The attention to detail and level of care towards us as guests was remarkable. The breathtaking views that surrounded us throughout the journey were nothing short of spectacular. As we celebrated my wife's birthday, every moment was filled with joy and wonder. The captain guided us through San Diego's historic landmarks and under the iconic bridges, offering a unique perspective of the city that we had not seen before.I am pleased to report that City Cruises San Diego managed to impress even my wife, who is notoriously hard to please. Their dedication to providing a memorable experience did not go unnoticed, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.I highly recommend City Cruises San Diego to anyone looking for a special and memorable outing. Thank you to the entire team for making our day truly wonderful.
My boyfriend and I did the City Cruises Champagne Brunch on a Saturday, and honestly, it wasn’t what we expected. For the price, we thought we’d get a bigger selection and higher-quality food, but instead, we got wilted salads, underwhelming proteins, and roasted vegetables that were pretty disgusting. The only real saving grace was the elote and what seemed like bread pudding. Also, it was strange that the upper and lower decks had different pastries and desserts. The music didn’t help either. They played reggae the entire time, and while I love a good reggae beat, it would've been nice to have a mix of genres to break it up. Oh, and their parking directions will send you to another city! So stupid. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, but the service was super slow. Overall, it’s not something I’d recommend, especially for the price. Save your money for something better!
Rode on the Admiral Hornblower for a company dinner event. Had a great time on the boat. Staff did a good job and provided great service. Boat ride was smooth. Food was great, servers brought around appetizers, the dinner buffet tasted good and the servers brought dessert cake bites and cookies.
Super fun, very informative tours of the harbor as well as longer excursions out to see whales! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting San Diego! Be sure to dress a little warm, although there is indoor seating as well if you get too cold.
If you’re hesitant, this is your sign to book your cruise with City Cruises!!! ?This was my first time in SD, and I walked up to the booth and spoke with Tamara and Manager Bonnie, they were some of the nicest people I’ve met! They explained what kind of tours they had going on right now! It all sounded so good I booked two cruises during my time there! S/o to Bonnie for making me feel so comfortable and very hospitable! She deserves a raise and/or accolades! I’ll definitely be back! ❤️
Very informative cruise through the bay. Learned a lot about the naval air station and many of the aircraft there. Got to see many tourist attractions as well as the submarine fleet headquarters and all the naval ships being built.
Update: we were fortunate the trip was a total success with 50+ people from our church. Some of the volunteers who educated us about whales indicated the company is under new management. Hopefully they can get their staffing issues resolved. The ship’s Captain was awesome. We saw 5 whales. I highly recommend the actual whale watching cruise! We have a whale watching cruise scheduled this Sunday for a large group. It is supposed to rain. We have tried to reach the office to find out their policy for rainy days and to make a few changes to tickets (purchase a few more, exchange adult and kid tickets, etc. ). They have not answered their phone for days. We have driven to the ticket office (20+ miles away) and nobody was in the booth. Nearby vendors said they are rarely there. We have left phone messages and they are not returned. We are at a loss. Has anyone else had this experience?
A great time! Very descriptive and enjoyable learned alot about the Navy and ships seen some sea lions. Dont let a few rain drops stop you, there are indoor and outdoor seats. Also food, snacks and drinks to purchase, family and date friendly.. Good time, Beautiful day! Next time I will try night...
Such an amazing, narrated tour cruise of beautiful San Diego. We booked their 'Sightseeing Cruise' and paid about $92 overall total for 2 of us (they also offer brunch & dinner cruises). We got there about 1 hr early and struggled to find parking on a busy Sunday afternoon. Once we got to the meeting spot, we noticed there was a parking lot right on Hornblower Pier (which is next to the meeting spot). We walked over to ask, and their rate was $15 (cash only) to park.As we were boarding, a souvenir picture was taken and was later available for purchase. All crew members were super friendly and attentive. You can purchase snacks and alcohol beverages at the bar, which was awesome!Plenty of restrooms and very clean.Overall, we had such an amazing experience and can't wait to go back and enjoy their dinner cruise.
Enjoyed our 1 hour cruise. Many places to sit indoors or outdoors. Decent selection of snacks and drinks. Food a little pricey but not outrageous. Friendly staff. If you can do the 2 hour cruise, you are able to see more. The one hour goes quickly.
I'm sure it is a great experience if you find it. Unfortunately with a city pass the Directions consist of go to pier 2 and show your tickets. If you google pier 2 San Diego it takes you too the navel base. So obviously once you realize your not in the right place you'll naturally google city cruises San Diego which will take you to a closed office (on Sunday afternoon to be fair) which you will find a sign that says pier 2 1/2 mile down the road. If you manage to get through all that find parking and still make it on time your good. We didn't!.
Dinner Cruise review. This was not worth the money we paid at all, the boat was not cleaned and we could not see through the windows. Food was so lame, and not as described in the menu. The staff was nice but for the price we could have had much better food. Do not pay for the window seating, because everyone gets a window seat, such a scam. Parking was impossible as well.
Did the dinner cruise for our anniversary celebration. We did the VIP and romance package. The whole experience was amazing. The staff treated us with respect and made us feel special. They ensured we were taken care of. The on board DJ was super fun. She gave all the anniversary and birthday a shout out and ensured a song requested was played. The food and drinks were amazing. Make sure to check out the top deck and enjoy the 360 view of the harbor. Expect 2.5-3 hours round trip. Shout out to Esteban and the director they were great.
The Champagne Brunch was excellent. The crew was fantastic! Everyone was really kind and responsive. The food was great with a variety of menu choices. I highly recommend this when visiting San Diego. And of course to top it all, the marvelous view of San Diego Bay.
So here's the scoop....We did the 1 hour tour. I liked that the cruise was guided but I missed half of what the guide said because of the teenagers screaming their lungs out. I kinda wished something was said to them. That would have made the experience better. Seating was limited. Overly crowded. The views from the ship were great though.
Great activity to do while in San Diego, you get to hear about facts and history of the city and the military ships that port there. Make sure you get there 30 to 40 mins prior to departure it will be a lot of traffic and find parking can be a headache. On the ship they have snacks and alcoholic beverages for purchase to enhance the experience. They also do brunch on the weekends and sunset cruise with dinner. I would highly recommend making it a part of your trip while in town.
Whale watching!Long ( 4 hours 🙁 if you are lucky you’ll spot one , not much to do on the board ,plus uncomfortable seating adding was a very shaky trip that caused almost half of the passengers feeling sick ? and unhappy! The bright side we spotted decent amount of playful dolphins during the long journey;)The staff were friendly and helpful.Sadly will not recommend or thinking of trying it again any time in the future.
Fun harbor cruise. They do a 1 hour north harbor, then come back to the dock, let some passengers off, and board new ones, then tour the south harbor for another hour, or visa versa. The north was more interesting to me. The guides are very knowledgeable with a lot of interesting information. I was raised here and I learned a lot. The boats are comfortable with nice tables and chairs. They serve food and cocktails. You can order from your phone by using a QR code on your table. The margarita was pretty good but the nachos weren’t the best. Overall good tour when the weather is good. Bring a coat because it can get pretty cool on the bay even when it’s warm on land.
We boarded the Inspiration hornblower for the Mega Yatch Party around 4 pm. VIP gets you in first so you can order your drinks before the rush. If you wanna bawl out you can also get a VIP table at the top or mid floors. Oh I forgot the Ship has three floors with each one having a different DJ playing three different music styles. People in San Diego are so nice and friendly, needless to say People were having a Blast and as I write this review with my swollen feet up I regertNothing ?????
We had a blast! Just relaxing and enjoying the ride, plus we went to celebrate my birthday and since it was that week I got my fare for free. Overall a great experience! Its not fancy or new boat but it’s maintained and the crew just had wonderful customer service! Drinks were a bit pricey and strong but overall good. We will probably check out there other cruises soon!
My family was in town for the week and we purchased the CityPass which had the option to take a 1 hour San Diego Bay cruise. I booked the 11:15 cruise right through their site and we cruised on the Admiral Hornblower. We sat on the upper deck and enjoyed the view and information about all the naval ships around port. The captain was great and shared lots of neat information on all the ships we passed as well as information on Coronado Island and the bridge. They offer drinks and food for purchase and you can simply scan a QR code to order. It does seem they offer two separate itineraries for the 1 hour cruise. We went under the Coronado bridge and towards the naval ships but they said the next cruise would explore a separate side of the bay. There is also a two hour tour that encompasses both. So if you are looking to see one side over the other maybe call and ask in advance before booking. Overall a nice and relaxing way to see a bit of San Diego from the water!
Way happy with the pass, wish we would've booked the 2 hour one. Very informative. Pricey for snacks and drinks, it is what it is. Didn't go there for the food
Had an awesome time during the 2 hour San Diego Bay cruise. We traveled to the southern and northern ends of the bay and were lucky enough to see 4 baby sea lions sunni g on the live bait docks with their mother.Saw some great ships along the navy base and an unexpected luxury yacht docked and waiting for fuel.
Recently had the unfortunate experience of a dream deferred. After weeks of planning for The Uhuru Festival and over one hour in line the guests of this event were surprised to hear the event was canceled. All guests arrived on time and were extremely peaceful and even left peacefully after the news of the cancellation of the event.I am extremely disappointed because I was aware of this cruise experience based on the frequency of hosting similar parties and was extremely shocked as to why this SPECIAL EVENT was canceled.I am proud to have been there to support such a magnificent event of unity and freedom and you will never cancel our culture.
The experience was great, the food not so much. The main entree was definitely microwaved. Side and desert was good. Dont expect your ticket to be the only thing you spend money on. Apps are extra as well as soda or extra food. They will also sell you your pictures you take in the beginning for $40-$50. Over all the boat ride was well worth the money to me.
Have to make a reservation to get a cruise. We made a reservation planned out day around the reservation. We show up, no boat and no one working in the office. The one thing they did have was a line of customers wondering where the boat was. Called customer service and got an automated message saying that customer service was closed. This is not incompotence of bad employees. This was out right fraud, selling tickets for a harbor tour that did not exist.Moral of the story lots of harbor tour companies pick anyone but city cruises. The other companies had employees and boats. DO NOT USE CITY CRUISES. You have been warned. They will take your money and offer nothing in return.
We went as part of the GO city passes. They are punctual, and the ride (1hr) was good. We got nice views of San Diego. However the boat is dated and showings signs of aging. It could use some updating
A delightfully romantic cruise! My Husband reserved a Sunday champagne brunch cruise for my birthday and surprised me with a window seat that had a breathtaking bay front view!Hornblower made my day extra special by greeting me with a “Happy Birthday” as I boarded. They also offered me two free cocktails! Our private table place setting was lovely, with silver and blue accents. There were two souvenirs glasses waiting for us at the table , which gave us a warm welcoming. The brunch buffet was well organized and had variety, I especially enjoyed the free -flowing champagne and hand carved strip lion. As a seafood lover that I am, I was also hoping for crab or salmon but It was all delicious nonetheless! The deck had seating available, which was perfect for taking in the amazing skyline views with my husband. There was a professional photographer taking pictures at different areas throughout the ship, which captured beautiful moments.Overall, it was a fantastic experience for us. Matter of fact, Hubby said that it was exactly what he envisioned he wanted me to have for my birthday!
I went on a dining cruise on Saturday Night with my husband, and it was a really awesome experience, the food was very delicious. I had the Salmon and my husband had the chicken, and we both had the cheese cake. The waiter and waitress were really nice and professional, also the host was always playing good music, and would also play what other people requested. Me and my husband had a very fun experience and we love it ?
My family and I went on the Hornblower on Christmas Eve Day. It was a big hit for our kiddos and it was very enjoyable for us as well. My nieces are teenagers and they also loved it. My husband and I had coffee during the ride and it was great. The staff were all extremely friendly. The boat was clean.*stroller note* You do have to park your stroller on the first level and leave it there.
We had a wonderful experience on our first ever dinner cruise with my family. Highly recommend it. Although I feel like the food options could have been better, it was still good. Loved the added touch with a dj taking song requests. Everyone just enjoyed themselves. Big shout out to Sal and Ericka who were our servers. They were outstanding! We will definitely do this again!
Cruise had an amazing view!! Food was delicious, buffet style since the pandemic and really went by quickly and swiftly considering amount of guests. Captain was extremely friendly as well as staff. Took off a star due to our waiter mentioning wanting a tip on more than one occasion he was very incessant.
A fun night out. 2 1/2 hours dinner cruise . We went with the group of beautiful ladies of my Zumba group. The boat served really good dinner and lots and lots of dancing??? and if course alcohol.. We cruise along San Diego Bay and watch the beautiful lights of San Diego!⛴️??..
I highly recommend going on this cruise with your children, on a date, or with family especially the ones from out of town. It’s nice. The food is similar to the mall kiosk food and the drinks are nice. Prepared to pay a little extra than normal for the food and beverages. Overall a good time, it’s worth it. Go on Groupon and get a coupon, The savings makes this experience even sweeter.
My friends and I got the sip and sight cruise (~1h30) and loved it :)The views are incredible, the crew is super kind - specially the captain - and there was some cheese and crackers on addition to the free champagne. It was simple but great! To make it perfect, I’d only improve the music selection 😉
Absolutely loved it!! Crew was very knowledgeable and pointed out sights along the way. Very relaxing ride out to the ocean. We were lucky enough to see a huge pod of dolphins and the further we went out we were able to see a minke whale!! Very exciting.
Beware Hornblower - San Diego. They cancel the cruise at the last minute (same day!) and take your $. No refund. I had a cruise scheduled 8/6/2021. Beautiful weather. No reason to cancel. Perhaps not enough passengers to justify the cost of the trip? Very poor customer service.
Decent cruise but they use older ships in the San Diego area. Food was reasonable but service was not great. BEWARE - they can take your money no problems but if you are entitled to a refund you may as well throw yourself overboard as they are very difficult to deal with. After literally several hours on the phone being hung up on several times they only partially refunded us yet they admit it was their mistake. I have money on a gift card that is useless to me. I will not take another Hornblower cruise ever again and recommend that people be very careful about handing over your money to this business.
We take a harbor cruise through Hornblower every time we're in San Diego. This August (2021) was no different. Great views, assume crew, lots of fun. Highly recommend
We loved the Premiere Dinner Cruise! It was the highlight of our vacation in San Diego! The experience was smooth sailing the whole time. The food was great, dessert was awesome, and we even enjoyed a little dancing at the end. Crew was short staffed due to Covid but they were very nice and did an excellent job. You get to go around the harbor but can’t see too much at night. It’s still very enjoyable though. Highly recommend!
Always a good time! The jazz brunch cruise is a favorite of ours. Endless mimosa’s and timeless jazz music is a great way to start the day! Definitely recommend for any time you’re in SD or any of the other cities that they are located. Book ahead to secure your spot ☺️
Where do I start??....our table was attacked by nats, kept pulling bugs out of my wine glass. There was a fingernail on the window sill at our table. On the top deck, there were lots of champagne glasses all over from the previous cruise. We ordered spinach dip with pita chips which were hard and stale. My brother complained but they did nothing. The main course was good but the worse thing was the waiter. He was rude and yelling at his coworkers. He seemed confused just looking at his table list while the other waiters were serving food. Improvement is needed for deep cleaning first, provide FRESH food, then re-train their staff not only to treat and respect their customers but each other as well. Very sad to see. We should have gone with Flagship.
Absolutely fantastic Sunday brunch cruise! Food was a great improvement over years past. Lisa was our server who made our family excursion terrific. We thank her and the Captain.
Took the 90 minute harbor tour. The tour guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. It was an overall nice experience. Tickets are a little pricey but my children enjoyed it.
Went for an early mother's day cruise around the harbor. Parking is a bit hidden but once you figure it out, very close to walk. Boarding is easy. Captain was super Informative and not boring to listen to at all. I wish it was longer tho. Would do it again.
This was a fun little brunch cruise. It was my first San Diego Cruise. I would highly recommend it. The food was pretty good. They had good options and unlimited mimosas. You could even purchase other type of drinks as well. It's better to purchase the cruise online than going to the office. Purchase in advance. The service is A1! They still practice social distancing as well. Everyone is so nice. The Captain even goes to ever table and introduces himself.
The Cruise was beautiful with the scenery, amazing staff. However, the food was unsatisfactory. It was a 3 course meal, everything was under seasoned, the food was cold and you could tell nothing was prepared fresh. If there was music playing on the Cruise would've made it a lot more enjoyable. Not worth the $345 we paid.
Took my boyfriend for a cruise tonight on our one year anniversary and it wasn’t exactly what was advertised (soft music in the background, luxurious two hour getaway.) Two hours were advertised but the cruise only lasted an hour and a half, the bento box was served in plastic containers, and the trip didn’t mention that drinks weren’t included and you’d have to pay a lot more for them. We were seating next to a giant radiator looking thing too and it just wasn’t what was advertised. Very disappointed 🙁
Reading all these great reviews are so confusing. We Went on the dinner cruise and it did not live up to the hype at all. First off the vibe was not there at all. No live music. Very low music that was playing in the background. The food was awful! reminds you of cafeteria food had no flavor at all. It’s almost like they pulled it out the freezer and put it in a microwave to “warm” up and put it on a plate and try and make it look nice. We were expecting something gourmet. The desert was bad as well. The views of the city were nice it was just way to cold to sit out and enjoy it. It also felt like the ac was on inside. We could not wait to get off and get back to our hotel. I would not recommend this cruise to anyone. Please do not waste your money or time.
Excellent and affordable bay dinner cruises with activities on the top deck and live music. A great place for a date night! Get tickets early to watch the fireworks in the bay on a holiday.
The food was much better than I expected. Flavorful. The ship was clean and COVID aware. The captain came around and introduced himself to everyone. Pleasant experience. Would do again especially when friends and relatives would visit.
Great Valentine’s Day cruise! Staff was excellent and very courteous, my champagne glass never empty and everyone on board was having a good time. Great covid measures with plenty of space to yourself on the top deck
It was an amazing experience!! I enjoyed the San Diego downtown view from the Harbor. You can see many war ships like air craft carries, cruisers, destroyers and many other types I don't even know their names. The Captain will describe the sights on a mic. The cruise lasts way longer than I expected, therefore I'd say its cheap.
Thanksgiving Dinner Sunset Cruise was wonderful. Service was good, food was delicious, and the sights were amazing. They took all the COVID-19 safety precautions and, although quite cold, the experience was lovely.
We loved our whale watching cruise on Hornblower Cruises in San Diego - even though we didn't see any whales! the cruise itself is beautiful. We had great views of the city, the military in the area, a submarine, and sea lions hanging out on buoys. The ship is large, clean and comfortable - with plenty of room for visitors to spread out. Snacks and drinks are sold on the ship too - not a large selection, but offering something is a nice treat. If you don't see any whales on your cruise, they offer a free ticket to use within one year. I'd suggest booking your whale-watching cruise for your first day in San Diego - that way if it is canceled for the weather (we know others that happened to), or you don't see whales, you'll have other days on that same trip to try to see whales.
Ambiance is awkward. Where was the music? The employees had music at the bar but I couldn't hear anything by my table, other than a large drunk party. Going on the deck made the night, amazing views! Loved the food, although the drinks were low quality. Not sure if I'd do it again.
I'm sure normally that the dinner cruise is a lovely experience. But, there was 1 party that definitely pregamed that kinda made the last night of our honeymoon a poorer experience.5 females with 3 males. The females were definitely drunk, playing music from their phones and singing drinking songs. A few of the females went to head upstairs, befriended another party on their way to the stairs, started being VERY loud to the point I had to raise my voice so my wife could hear me from a foot away, and started twerking and screaming about taking shots.I get that we're all out here to have a good time but this definitely took away from the ambiance of the cruise. This isn't a nightclub, it's not a bar.My 3 stars is because there was no intervention from staff to calm this behavior for the sake of the other guests. The music is too low.So that things aren't left on a sad note, out server was wonderful, the salmon and beef were fantastic, and my picky-eating wife actually loved the house vinaigrette on the salad. The rest of the cruise itself was great, and seeing the city lights at night was very, very romantic. If Hornblower is able to take some steps to prevent or quickly end disruptive behavior of rowdy guests then that could resolve the only problem that I could see.Would recommend.
Absolutely amazing experience - if you are looking for a way to take a special someone out and shoe them a classy and unique good time - this is the way to go for sure. Check out the Fever app to get great discounts! Happy Sailing!
Boat does not provide any live entertainment. Music was low. Didn't feel like we ever left the dock. Felt like we were going in circles. View was pretty basic. And lastly, the party I came with all agreed this should be a 2 hour NOT a 3 hour cruise. Food and service was good. Also the spinach artichoke is served with Ritz crackers (not tortilla chips/ $11) and the jumbo shrimp cocktail was not jumbo (6 medium sized shrimp/$12). All I can say is DO NOT go on the cruise hungry..lol
Attending a Hornblower dinner cruise was a much needed 'staycation' during covid.Social distancing was practiced, everyone wore a mask ?, the deck was never crowded and we had a great time. This is a great way to have a small scale celebration during these challenging times.
My wife and I did the sunset dinner cruise and it was a great experience from start to finish! The food was great, the service was excellent, we were there for her birthday so they gave us a window seat. I definitely would suggest this cruise!
Hot but very relaxing and affordable cruise. The entire staff were friendly. The waiter was super nice and attentive to everyone on the cruise. The menu was also affordable. The 90 minute tour was just enough to explore the South and North of San Diego. The ride was smooth. Military discount is also accepted.
I've been on their cruises many times before, but this last failed booking and taking of my payment without refund has just overshadowed all prior experiences. I went to book on their app last week for a Sunday Dinner cruise. Their app is buggy but seemed to work okay. As I start booking all seems fine. I provide payment info, they take my payment according to the bank withdrawal, but I received an "error" before giving me final confirmation. I assumed all is fine, but reached out to customer service. It's horrible enough to try and get a hold of them at all. Their live chat is non-functional in the app, you can't find any other way of contacting them other than by phone on their website. Once waiting for a long time, and finally getting someone on the phone (already 2 hours deep into wasting my time), the guy says they don't see my booking that I have to email to talk to a supervisor. Great ! Now more waiting when I only have a couple days for a planned outing with my partner. After a bunch of emails back and forth the "supervisor" states my payment is pending and was going to be refunded, and that I needed to book again and pay AGAIN. I had a shady feeling, took another extra hour out of my time to go to the harbor booth and guess what, they were already booked for what I wanted .... BUT supposedly they were going to help me book over the phone. So now our Sunday is ruined, we don't get to go on the $300 cruise for 2 people, they took my money and YES it did clear the bank. It didn't get "refunded" like their supervisor said so in email. With all that money and all those companies, you'd think their app and booking system was solid. I should know, we develop and code ourselves. Too bad they don't have good people to test their systems well. Causes lost clients often I'm sure.BEWARE, you'll waste your time, be taken for a ride AND lose some money while you're at it.
Had the best birthday brunch with my boys! Great service! Great jazz band and the food is excellent! The mimosa, champagne and apple cider for my kids just did not stop flowing. We had a wonderful time. If you buy tickets online be sure to bring a paper copy with you.
We went on the dinner cruise. We got our picture taken in front of the boat. We must have booked during another event because us and the couple next to us were the only people under 65. But those older people got lit. They got drunk and were using the poles to dance on. I want to be that cool when I'm their age. lol. They had a DJ on board. We liked the food and the tour, very relaxing. Everyone was nice. We had a VIP package, but the tables were so close together that it was hard to have a private romantic dinner. We had to go outside for privacy. Parking in the area wasn't too bad, we found some street parking about 5 minutes away. If we're ever in the area, we'd definitely do it again.
It was a calming ride with ample space and view. What I enjoyed were the views we passed and the captain’s explanation of the different sections of the water we are passing through. It was nice and relaxing.
I love the tour we have so much fun and my parents even more...the views are spectacular and fortunately we have a beautiful and gorgeous day in SD and make our tour amazing! We grab a table and order some beer to enjoy our tour. There were one only thing I didn't like is to go back to the pier and wait for 15 mnts to get people to go to the other side of the tour...I did 2 hour tour! Other than that everything was perfect!
I joined this big group of people where my friend is. We are early in the waiting area. The cruise boarding started at the right time. Got some group picture by the cruise. Boarded, got some welcome drink. The ship is nice with some nice staff on board. The view of the city was nice as the sun set and the moon appear. Got our salad which is so good that I wanted a second round. The main course was serve at 730pm as mentioned during the cruise. I got my beef and my friend got the Salmon. The salmon is good but the beef was to salty for me or my I say for the group as they also complain. Others change theirs to salmon as they can’t eat the beef. I didn’t finished my beef but did my veggies and mashed potato. The dessert was just fine. Not excited with the cheesecake but I hope they have other options. All in all the experience was good.
Not to be missed. The brunch buffet and free flowing champagne are wonderful, but the Dave Scott Duo stole the show. This is the PERFECT way to just celebrate a special occasion *cough* birthdays *cough*, introduce a visitor to the city, or just enjoy the breeze on the bay. Not to be missed!
Cruising in the harbor on the Hornblower Cruise was great. From all levels there are great views of the city shore line. You also get to see the Mexican border and Navy men and women at work. Seeing the fleet of war ships are a site to behold just thinking the men and women who risk their lives protecting us.
